YoungWilliams is continually submitting bids for state and local child support contracts. We are seeking experienced child support professionals to manage child support operations, including full service operations, customer service centers, payment processing centers and consulting contracts. The Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership for all aspects of the project including directing the operations. This person is the primary point of contact for the Agency. The Project Manager is responsible for building and nuturing relationships, monitoring productivity, and implementing changes when needed. Additional responsibilities include managing the project's budget, including payroll and cost.

The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of child support experience and at least one (1) year experience working in either state or local government programs within family services. Additional qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three (3) years' experience in administration management, including resolving personnel actions is preferred.
  • Administration management in child support or social services preferred but not required.
  • Experience managing staff including employee relations, performance and attendance issues is required.
  • Experience in fiscal and contract management and developing creative solutions to complex problems is preferred.
  • Proficient in operating computers and office equipment.
  • Successful record of accomplishment for leading, motivating, counseling, and training employees.
