If you possess exemplary customer service skills, regular and timely attendance as well as excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, ability to execute many complex tasks simultaneously, self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and make independent decisions, while maintaining confidentiality at all times, this is the job for you!



The successful candidate is responsible for preparing case files for court hearings, entering court depositions including order entry, and completing actions on referrals from staff attorneys for court follow-up actions. This individual represents YoungWilliams and The State by providing outstanding customer service and accurate follow-through actions for all inquiries and referrals.



The best-suited candidate will have a minimum of Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) or Paralegal Certificate; One year experience with the judicial process involved in the enforcement and establishment of child support orders; familiarity with an office environment, including the use of automated systems, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, OnBase, ADP and aptitude to learn new programs and applications such as the state system.
