The qualified candidate will have exemplary customer service skills, regular and timely attendance as well as the ability to work with the public in a courteous and professional manner; ability to work effectively with other staff; and excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills. If you possess the ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently, this is the job for you!



The successful candidate will process incoming and outgoing mail, performs clerical processing activities within the office, and provides general office support and other duties as assigned. The Mail Room Clerk is responsible for providing accurate and complete information to customers. This includes responding to requests, resolving customer issues, and forwarding clearly documented information to appropriate staff when further action is required, all while maintaining confidentiality.



To be considered, applicants must have a minimum of High school Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience. The best-suited candidate will be familiar with an office environment including the use of automated systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Hyland OnBase, ADP and aptitude to learn new programs and applications, such as the state system. Bilingual or multi-lingual skills are an additional benefit.
