The successful candidate will have the ability to efficiently and accurately perform a variety of mailroom functions with an emphasis on processing documents for imaging. The position includes processing incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner and working in a fast-paced, dead-line oriented environment with contractual timeframes that must be met. The candidate must be precise and perform repetitive tasks with a heavy emphasis on accuracy and maintaining confidentiality at all times.



To be considered, applicants must have a minimum of High school Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience, child support preferred. The best-suited candidate will be familiar with an office environment including the use of automated systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Hyland OnBase, OPEX, ADP and aptitude to learn new programs and applications, such as the state system.
