The candidate will possess exemplary customer service skills, a positive attitude while being goal and detail-oriented. If you have the ability to speak clearly, and regular and timely attendance, while insuring all State, Federal and contractual guidelines are met, this is the job for you!


The success candidate will have the ability to multi-task various responsibilities which will include:

  • Provide friendly, accurate and complete information to customers.
  • Respond to requests and resolve customer concerns as they arise.
  • Must be able to make sharp decisions and handle stressful situations while deescalating difficult callers.
  • Must be able to work with little supervision while meeting call requirements.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.



To be considered, applicants must have a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. The best-suited candidate will have call center experience along with a degree or certificate in a related field is preferred; ability to find, read, interpret and document information from multiple sources including state and/or company systems; ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm; ability to speak Spanish fluently; and ability to sit for extended periods of time.
